Double room:own access, kitchenette and living roo

Lodger's own fridge freezer etc.

We are a professional couple who have very recently renovated our two bedroom bungalow. We are looking for a professional person (couples considered for additional cost) to rent our spare room. In addition to the room the lodger would also have their own entrance, their own living space including a fridge, freezer, kettle, bin, table, arm chair and breakfast stool. However access to the main living room and kitchen is also accessible. We are a minimalist couple who enjoy sports and being outside. I am a vegan but my partner is not so there is no dietary preference. We used to have a cat so have a cat flap installed. Pets considered for an additional pet deposit. Shared bathroom with shower and bath. New carpets throughout. We have a hot tub in the garden and hammock which is available to use. Monday to Friday let's are welcome along with full time though we ask you be in full time work. On road parking available and a section of shops are a one minute walk away from the property. Close to the beach and goring train station.
