Hi there, I'm Hannah. I am advertising for a FEMALE flatmate only please!

The room is light and spacious. It has a large built in wardrobe, a double bed frame, a mattress, and a chest of drawers.

The flat is on the ground floor. There are communal gardens and no parking restrictions. It is right by Goring train station and the 700 bus route to Brighton.

I am a dog groomer, and work from home, so you must be ok with dogs! I use the porch and bathroom for this. I'm houseproud, so I clean up properly after, don't worry! I do not allow the dogs into the lounge or bedrooms, so if you have a pet dont worry, they would be kept separate and safe from the dogs. The owners only come into the porch, and I disinfect everything, so there is no risk from coronavirus.

It is really important that I find someone I get on with. I'd like to be able to become friends, and be able to sit in and share a bottle of wine together. A good sense of humour is a must!

I am a very tidy and organised person, so I think it would bother me if I lived with someone that was not like that.
