Bright room in a happy, friendly home.

Hi!
My name is Karina and I have a large double room to rent in Gossops Green. The house is 5 minutes drive to Manor Royal and the town centre and a 10 minute drive to Gatwick. There is a bus stop at the end of the road.
The house has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, hallway, good sized living room and a separate toilet/ shower room. I will be having the bathroom redone in November/December so will do a reduction on rent over this time. My house has a large garden with a patio and summer house.
I have lived here for 2 years and have worked hard to turn it from a shell to a home but there are a few little things that need to be finished. I welcome you to come and have a look around!
I am ideally looking for someone who is laid back and friendly and doesn’t mind going out for a drink now and again. I am sociable so would prefer someone who doesn’t stay in their room all the time. I like having friends over for a coffee or drink and would like you to feel comftable to do the same. I do smoke- a habit I am trying to kick, but never in the house. I also have a cat called Manuel!
