Hassocks is a 10 minute train journey from Central Brighton on the London Line. My flat is a three minute walk from Hassocks Station. The flat is itself reasonably spacious. with a decent size kitchen and lounge. The two bedrooms are single but can each fit a double bed with a little room to spare if required.. Both rooms are approx 7 x 10 feet'- not huge, but there is plenty of space in the rest of the flat. The rooms are currently unfurnished but I am happy to add a bed if you need. If you would like to take both rooms for yourself I will do a good deal on both. The flat is quiet and clean/warm etc and you would be fe to use any part of the flat as your home.
Rent is £335/month including domestic bills (gas/electricity/internet and water but not Council Tax)..
