One good size double bedroom with drawers/cupboard on the first floor of a large 3 floor house to be let out to a lodger. Professional people only please and a broad age range considered.

The house has a large open plan living room, dining room kitchen and a decent size garden with a decked area at the rear which catches sunlight for most of the day/evening. Central heating and double glazing throughout and fully furnished. Most of the house has been recently redecorated and have added under floor heating in the main bathroom/kitchen. There is a spare bedroom that is kept free for guests and another that has been converted into a study. The house is close to the centre of Haywards Heath and approx 15 min walk to the station. There is on street parking with no restrictions on the road. A shower room/toilet is next to the room (not en suite but next to the bedroom) and there is a bathroom on the ground floor. There is a further en suite on the top floor. The house is kept clean and tidy and has all the usual amenities...washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier.

All bills are included. This includes high speed broadband, sky TV, Netflix, electric, gas (heating and hob), council tax and water.

I live in the property and work in central London. I am laid back and friendly/sociable and have been living in Haywards Heath for 3 years. I don't have kids and am interested in sports, socialising with friends and travel.
