I am renting a double room out in my beautiful, modern, cosy home that I share with my 3 ladies - a dog and two cats.
I am an easy going, friendly, house proud, considerate person who loves his pets. I work shifts so I am at home at different times every day.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and doesn't mind having pets around the house. You will have access to the whole house including the kitchen/diner, living room, utility room, garden and the main bathroom which I hardly use as I have my own en suite bathroom.
There is free on street parking at the front of the house and the town centre is 15 min walk away and the train station is 25 min walk away.
