I am listing this room on behalf of my father who is 81 years old. He has a detached bungalow and his bedroom is on the ground floor. He has a spare room to rent upstairs that has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room with toilet.
The property does NOT have wi-fi. He will only consider a female lodger for the security and comfort of having someone / company in the house as he is on his own. He is a good cook and enjoys his garden and is perfectly able bodied but would like someone who doesn't mind the fact you're sharing a property with an elderly man who may need a bit of help here and there occasionally - hence the low monthly rent. Ideally suit a middle aged to older retired lady is his preference.
The property is situated very close to the Princess Royal Hospital so would be also perfect for someone who works there.
His last lodger was a lady that worked at the hospital and spent the weekends with her boyfriend which suited him very well.
