The room is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Aerial for tv if needed. It has a comfortable double bed with chest of drawers and hanging clothes storage area. The two velux windows can be opened wide in the summer making the room light and airy. Upstairs There are two other small rooms next to it. One can be used as an office and the other is a guest room but is rarely used

The other occupied bedroom is downstairs which makes the space private.

The house is a 20 min walk from Hayward’s Heath station and ten minute walk from Princess Royal Hospital. There is a bus stop nearby to access Brighton. Five minute walk to Hayward’s Heath town.

The house has a lovely private garden with newly decked raised patio and seating/dining area. Modern downstairs bathroom shared by only one other and large kitchen and separate dining area.

Kitchen has all usual appliances and breakfast bar.
