The flat is less than a 2 minute walk to the station, Sainsburys and Waitrose. It's about a 15 minute walk into the center of town and a 30 minute walk to the Hospital so is an ideal location!

The room has a small double best, a bedside unit and a wardrobe. It currently doesn't have a chest of draws but I can source one or you can bring your own.

The flat has been recently refurbished throughout (completely ripped to pieces in August) so everything is brand new. I'm looking for someone who will respect the money and effort that I have put into renovating the property and will treat it with respect. You'll have shared use of the entire flat, and there is parking in the garage for a small car (I've got a VW golf and it fits in).

Short lets considered but ideally looking to find a friend in my flat mate rather than just a tenant.

A little but about me, I work in Experiential Events for a Marketing company and am quite a quiet person. I like to read and favor nights in with a movie over a wild night out so looking for someone who is like minded.
