Spare room to rent in a shared house with two working professionals!

Hello! We are Megan and Lauren, we are two young professionals and have lived in the property for two years with our housemate who is sadly leaving in March.

Your room will be a double room, and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. The property includes; kitchen/diner, living room, WC, shared bathroom, garden and a garage.

There is a driveway for one car and parking for up to two cars in a bay just in front of the house. We are both required to have a car for our jobs, there will be room for 1 more car.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, will keep the house clean and tidy, whilst also being a fun person to be around.

We are both currently working from home, however, usually we would be office based/out and about on site visits.

The price stated includes council tax, gas, electricity and wifi but excludes water (which will be payable quarterly).

Please let us know if you are interested in the property - we will be required to provide our landlord with adequate notice if we are to continue the tenancy.
