The Rent covers all bills including high speed Fibre Optic broadband to connect your applications too.

The house is in a great location, with a 15 minute walk to Haywards Heath station and a 5 minute walk to the Princess Royal Hospital.

The local town centre is a 10 minute walk away, with a selection of convenience stores just around the corner.

There are a number of parking spaces spread around the area, and a local bus stop within a minutes walk.
