Lovely just painted, private room, with new bed and mattress. Furnished. Parking on driveway for one car. 10 mins walk to village centre, very close access to downlink for walking and cycling. Buses from village to Horsham and Brighton. 15 mins from Hassocks Station. Use of bathroom and kitchen with me the home owner a full time working lady. Use of other facilities possible with prior arrangement as I am is often away weekends. Ideally I would like to rent my room to a female who works full time- professional/airline crew./shift worker - five days considered , furnishings can be removed or changed if not required.
