Double room with ensuite bathroom available in a large family house with leafy garden and lovely tranquil views in a peaceful area. Reduced price for 5 day let or cabin crew.

Ensuite Bathroom includes bath basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror.

Share of large kitchen with family. (with share of separate fridge and freezer drawer) and utility room (inc washing machine)

There is a separate sitting room away from our open plan sitting room so we're not on top of each other.

Wireless Broadband, heating, electric, council tax bills are included.

Deck and Garden: There is a large deck and a large leafy garden with country views.

There is off-road parking available in front of the house and we are 3 minutes walk from the village High Street with shops, buses etc.

Henfield is a friendly place with enough about it to be interesting and also you can just walk out of the door and be in the countryside.

We are a couple 60, 52, and daughter 18. We are a friendly, clean, tidy and fairly quiet family (with occasional party) and are looking for people who are comfortable with that.

In other words, we will respect your privacy and let you enjoy your space in peace and quiet and expect the same in return on a friendly basis.

I work mostly from an office at home, so would prefer if your work is elsewhere.

It's a no smoking house with a small, friendly dog (Basil).
