I have a clean tidy single room with a large wardrobe available in my 2 bed maisonette .

The property is within walking distance of the town centre/train station and though I don’t have private parking the cul de sac has many parking spaces.

My home is clean and tidy and you will have use of kitchen, lounge and shared bathroom.

I have a small detached garden with the property.

About me, I am 51 year old female, I’m a full time professional.
I have horses, so spend a lot of time caring for them. As an animal lover I would consider someone with a small pet.
I do work from home 1 to 2 days per week.
I respect other peoples privacy and understand everyone needs their own space and sometimes after a hard days work just wants some peace and quiet.
I’m preferably looking for a female professional.
