1 very large well lit newly refurbished bedroom (15m2) available for a professional. It's in a top floor split maisonette situated within 10-15 minutes walk from both the town centre and train station, with direct links to London Victoria and Gatwick. Horsham Park is 5 minutes walk.

Currently, semi-furnished with large oak hanging wardrobe. The room also features a built-in wardrobe which can be used for additional storage. Upon request, I can provide a new double bed, bedside table, desk and chair.

The new occupant will have shared access to a modern bathroom with bath and shower (next to the bedroom), a large living room with both coffee table and dining space. There is a fully functional kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and both brand new fridge/freezer and oven. You also have access to communal gardens and balcony that extends from the living room.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony only but not inside the house.

There is private parking and access to secure bicycle storage if required.

All bills and broadband are included in the price of the rental.

Currently, the occupants are me and my adult son.

The Large Room is available from the 15th June 2020, but other dates will be considered.
