It is a very clean 4 bedrooms house, newly refurbished with a huge kitchen. The house is fully furnished with the brand new furniture.

There is everything you need: fastest speed internet, TV with over 300 channels, washing machine with tumble dryer, dish washer, tidy and friendly house mates. You can also add sky mini box to your own room.

We are 2 guys and 1 lady, all professionals full time workers. We are looking for a person between 25 and 45 yo. The most important thing for us is you to be respectful, friendly and tidy.

Sorry we DO NOT accept couples or tenants with pets.

The location of the house is great. The shops and the train stations are just 5-15 min walk from the house. Easy and quick access by straight train to London, Gatwick and 20-30 min by car to Brighton. 5 min drive from the town center.

The house surrounded by beautiful forests and parks, where you can have a walk or run. This area good arranged for the people who like to run or cycle. The house itself in a quiet family area.
