I have a large master bedroom in my flat available (Currently unfurnished), with a newly refurbished kitchen, new bathroom and new carpets and walls repainted recently.

In a light and spacious flat in a mostly quiet neighborhood (Flat's build in the late sixties). Ideal preference would be a professional male or female with good references. I am the only existing tenant currently.

I am professional working in healthcare and am looking for a pleasant person of a similar ilk, who will be compatible with my lifestyle. If you like the sound of this set-up / philosophy, please get in touch. (I have previously lived in Europe, and welcoming to most nationalities).

The flat is within walking and / or cycling distance of Horsham town as well as Littlehaven station, and also has excellent bus routes.

Plenty of parking (free of charge) is in front of the house or in the street within 5 meters. No permits necessary.

The rent includes most bills. In addition there's a phone, WiFi, gas and electric and water on site.
