Room with Ensuite in Central Horsham

Room available in central Horsham on Denne Parade, the high street is around the corner (literally, a block away) and restaurants and shops are easily in walking distance.

The room is available immediately if desired (as of writing from the 29th of May), message me on spareroom if you want to see the space and meet the occupant you will be sharing with (the current occupant also works in Horsham right now).

The room itself is partially furnished, with a desk, bed (that optionally can become a double bed if desired), lamp and a little dresser in the closet.

The room itself has an ensuite bathroom so you will not need to share this space with the other occupant.

The living room is in the same space as the kitchen but is fairly spacious with two sofas and a coffee table and is available for any occupant to use as desired.

The kitchen is shared and well equipped with oven, toaster, dishwasher and an assortment of pots and pans that are shared.

Washing machine (that also has a dryer function) is available for use.

The property also has high speed broadband, as both me (the previous occupant) and the current remaining occupant work at a games company in Horsham.

The Council Tax band is C.

Thus, the total cost with monthly rent, utilities and council tax comes out to around 675 £.

Again, it is available from the 17th June if desired (this would be the moving in date and the date you start renting from), come have a look and see if it is for you!
