We have 1 single bedroom for £425 per month and a double room for £525 per month available from 21st January
A Deposit of £200 is also required.

It is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and bed linen.

The house is located 5 minutes from Littlehaven railway station. Horsham town centre is walking distance or 5 minutes drive.
There is a Bus route outside that goes to the town centre or to Crawley.

We also have a Parade of shops just 5 minutes walk away.

Parking on driveway for 3 cars but plenty of parking directly outside the front of the house.

A small rear garden.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, shared kitchen, shared living room with Large Flat screen TV and satellite TV.
