Rent includes shared parking space, Sky TV, unlimited broadband, all bills, and use of all mod cons and shared living space (e. g. washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, Samsung Smart LED TV, microwave, coffee machine).

The flat is spacious and modern, situated in a peaceful and smart close 10-15 mins walk from the town centre and Sainsburys. It has a communal garden and backs onto fields/public footpaths that are very well maintained by the housing company. Lovely friendly neighbours.

Housemate must be exceptionally tidy, and considerate. This is my own flat which has had a lot of love put into it. I would like a housemate that takes initiative with doing their fair share cleaning and looking after it, and is respectful of sharing space with others.
