Attention: Female student / internship jobstarter starting February !! Master bedroom with full size ensuite bathroom In a quiet residential area. It is a place to come home to relax and be yourself. The room has lots of storage and a nice view over the gardens only 2 minutes from the train staton,7 minutes from Horsham town centre. . There is an increment of 125£if used by a couple for additional water and electricity consumption .There is a 140x200m bed, Louis XV desk , chest of drawers (2) and plenty of extras. The fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher and living room are shared and there is a small garden. It is a cosy place where the roses are in blossom in summer . It is a great location ! There is one month deposit . The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and there is an extra freezer- fridge under the staircase , microwave, oven , washing machine and dishwasher. Please !!! Present yourself on first contact with your age , martial status , where you work ( full contract or temporary ) where you come from either in the UK or the beautiful wide world ( indicating if you have the required residence status ) , your activities outside of work as sports , cinema . Covid-19 vaccination proof mandatory . Please understand that we are all hard working people do we cannot have flat mates with very strong distinct religious beliefs that very often limit others in their freedom , we tolerate only very light alcohol consumption , zero drug tolerance and the house is not suitable for children visiting . Ideally we are looking for a female professional person with a good team spirit , positive outlook to life , and active person . ( no moaning couch potatoes)
