FEMALE ONLY - A lovely, large furnished double bedroom available in Bewbush, Crawley, West Sussex for one person only. This room has recently been decorated with a new carpet, a new bed, curtains and furniture.

Property is a 5-minute car journey from Crawley, near to the M23/M25 motorways, 15 mins from Gatwick Airport, near a mainline fast-way 24-hour bus service/local shops/gym and close to Ifield railway station for routes direct to London and Brighton. There is a free residential car park to the rear of the property. The property is a three bed roomed house with a large living room and dining room.

Amenities include: WIFI/Broadband Super Speed(300mbps), use of washing machine, kitchen and all Mod Cons. There is a landline telephone point in the room. However, the mobile phone signal is excellent. The property is clean and modern with central heating throughout. There is plenty of living/storage space in the bedroom and access to a beautiful garden.

The room also has a lovely new desk/chair which is perfect for studying with plenty of space to set up your own PC/laptop and TV. The divan bed, mattress and headboard are new items from Dreams Beds to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room is located upstairs in our home and is suitable for a professional person. We cannot accommodate children or pets.

There are only two of us living in the property. We are caring, friendly and down to earth husband and wife.

The cost will be £550 GBP per calendar month which includes all bills. This includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband.

A deposit of £500.00 and one month's rent will be required together with a suitable reference.

We would like people who are non-smokers without exception. If you’ve used any tobacco or nicotine replacement products, including vapes in the last 12 months this would be considered you are a smoker. Strictly no illegal drugs or substances.

We have been verified with Spare Room and in possession of an up to date Enhanced DBS Certificates which can be inspected on application. We have no criminal convictions.
