House to rent/four rooms in Ifield

The accommodation is a big four-bedroom house with a huge garden. I am currently a member of the National Landlords Association.

I am travelling abroad for four months between Feb and June 2018. This period will be a house share with no live-in landlady for between four and six months.

There is one big double room, two small double rooms and a single room. Prices are including bills but prices can be amended to exclude bills if tenants want to pay their own bills. This very much depends on whether if I am approached by individuals or a group. I would prefer a flexible arrangement as I would like to return to the house in late June.

The big double room has a double bed, a double wardrobe with chest of drawers. The other two double rooms has a small double bed, a desk with a chair and a built in wardrobe with drawers. This room is only suitable for a single person. The single room has a single bed, a cupboard and a big desk.

You would have access to all facilities around the house and you would have access to two fridges.

The house is located near to Ifield station and there are nearby bus routes to Gatwick airport, Crawley and Horsham. It is about 20 minute walk to Crawley town. It is also about 5-minute drive to Manor Royal.

This arrangement would be perfect for s group of cabin crew.
