Room To Rent Short Term Or Long Term

Double room

Hi,

Have off road parking, bathroom with shower, kitchen-dinner, lounge, garden, both rooms are furnished, the photos don't do it justice would like to put more up but can only have 9 photos.

Room with double bed has very comfy mattress great size room, a desk and a chair a leather stool and built in wardrobes.

I like to show people round and then i like to let you know if i would like you to have the room, it give me time to show other people round.

Buss stop 3 minutes up the road, shops 5 minutes away, Ifield train station 5 minutes away.

Up to date safety certificate for gas, also have carbon monoxide alarm and 2 smoke alarms.

No contract fees

The most that there will ever be in the house is 3 people me 1 lodger or 2 lodgers.

Looking for some one to fit in i supposed it's a quiet house really, don't mind if you are male or female someone respectful of each other.

No over night guests, prefer non-smoker, No drugs, if you view the person that turns up needs to be the same person on your profile picture, and no couples sorry.
