Double room on ground floor to let. Access to a separate downstairs shower room and access to a separate lounge area for tenants use.

This is our family home and we have two children age 11 and a cat.
We are out of the home most of the day with work and weekends are in and out alot. We are very easy going and relaxed.

The let is suitable for cabin crew on training at Gatwick, short term let's or a Monday to Friday let at reduced rate of course!

We have broadband, off road parking, full utility room, very large garden with access to fields surrounding the house. Close to local shops and a fantastic village pub next door that does great food and regular entertainment such as bands, quiz nights and open mic nights.

The whole downstairs of the house has just been remodelled to include a very large open plan kitchen/diner/living area. The bedroom to let and bathroom are all newly built.

We currently have a tenant but he is moving on and the room is available from June 1st.

Available for short term let or Monday to Friday lets or longer for the right person.
