2 Large Double Bedrooms available within new Luxury 3 bedroom fully furnished house with fantastic Patio area, HotTub and sunny south facing Garden

There are 3 floors to the house and the 2 available bedrooms are on the 1st floor along with their own bathroom. I use the 2nd floor to myself as I have my own bedroom and bathroom giving much greater privacy to everyone. (Max of 3 people living in House)

Rent is £675 for the ensuite bedroom per month including all bills and £650 for the non ensuite bedroom. Both bedrooms share the same bathroom as the ensuite bedroom has its own door to the bathroom and there is another door from the hallway to the bathroom to allow access for the lodger in the non ensuite bedroom to use. Best described as a (Jack and Jill type bathroom) "So you do share the bathroom with one other lodger but using different doors to access it. (I Hope I have explained it in a way you can understand the layout.)

I don't require a deposit but will need one months rent in advance.
Both rooms are available immediately.

The house comes with High Speed Internet, Sky HD, Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV, and is best described as immaculate, modern clean & very Tidy. The spacious bedrooms come with all furniture, new bed, internet and Sky TV connections, and includes all bills. The whole house is there to share as well as the garden and the hot tub. I never want it to feel like you are just renting a room but more like we are all sharing the house and Garden together.

There will only be a total of 3 people living in the house and I am 'extremely clean and tidy' (little OCD) and enjoy the quieter side of life, but without being boring. I enjoy the company of other lodgers and building a friendship together as well as sharing a glass or 2 of wine in front of the TV at night, or a BBQ in the Sunny Garden, with fantastic Patio area and HotTub in the summer.

There is a Modern Kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge freezer, washing machine, etc etc. Lounge with 65 inch Sky HD TV, Lock up garage for bikes and additional storage. Everything is new including Beds, carpets, blinds, sofas, Dining table and chairs etc etc. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates and cutlery included.

There is a 24 hour bus service to Gatwick, with a bus stop very close to the house, (be at Gatwick in around 15 mins from leaving the house) and only 8 mins walk to Ifield train Station with regular trains to Gatwick, London and Brighton. Shops, petrol station, post office, cash machine, Pub, Chinese, Indian, Fish and Chip shop etc etc all within 300 meters.
M23 Junction only 5 mins away by car.

Looking for CLEAN, Quiet and VERY TIDY lodgers, Gay, Bi or straight (as I am a gay owner), who will look after the house and respect it as well as i do, and someone who enjoys company, a glass or 2 of wine in front of the Telly, and likes being in a quality, clean and tidy, comfortable environment, with only 3 people, but also likes their own space and quiet times when needed. Guests are more than welcome to stay on an occasional rather than regular basis. There are plenty of free parking areas available in the estate as well as visitor spaces.
