Double room to rent in a newly refurbished ground floor flat in Lancing, room has two single beds in at the moment but we can move these out to make room for a double bed. We can also provide a double bed if needed and can also provide a single wardrobe. But if wanting to bring own furniture that is absolutely fine. The flat will be shared with ourselves a professional couple. There is a wet room showeroom that will be shared with ourselves also.
There is a train station 1 minute walk from the property, it is opposite the flat. Parking can be a bit of an issue as there isn’t any directly near the flat but there is some parking a bit further down the road. All bills are included and there is also WiFi available inclusive too.
