Double room to rent in a large 3 bedroom house in Lancing. The room occupies the entire top floor and comes with its own large private bathroom and own landing and a double bed (it’s basically it’s own mini self contained flat!) Plenty of storage and all bills included in the price. You would be sharing with a married professional couple Chris and Charlie, another housemate called Dave (everyone needs a Dave!) and two very friendly miniature dachshunds called Pepper & Bailey.

Looking for another professional to rent. Ideally a shift worker/emergency services staff, but not essential, however someone who is mindful of someone who works nights.

The property is in a quiet mews of seven other houses. The neighbours are all amazingly friendly. Charlie and I are both easy going. We love our food and enjoy eating out, but our main hobbies are travelling the world and also the gym. Charlie works at a school and I work in the emergency services as well as Dave.

We love our house. It's modern and comes with all the amenities you'd expect. Large but cosy living room, brand new kitchen with oven, induction hob, american fridge freezer and Charlie’s favourite, the wine fridge! We have had our garden refurbished and it's a great place to hang out. Other facilities are high speed internet/WiFi (70-80mbs/second), access to netflix/Amazon on our large 70 inch TV and all the amenities you need such as pots, pans, cutlery etc.

There are loads of local amenities on our doorstep including shops and supermarkets. The train station is less than a ten minute walk and the beach is around fifteen minutes.

Due to my job (Chris) potential candidates will need to go through an enhanced vetting process which includes background checks (these are all in strict confidence and not shared with me or anyone in the house, but more can be explained in person).
