Only one other bedroom is occupied by a couple, both working professionals. Use of Garage gym, Own Shower room, Super fast Broadband. This couple have recently homed a puppy so new tenant must be happy with dogs. It is a small Chihuahua/Jack Russell cross.

As the new Tenant/Tenants you will have a choice of two double bedrooms, your own shower room (not en-suite) and the use of a small garage gym (Made up of a cross trainer, a bench and a selection of hand weights.)

There is also a private garden to use at your leisure.
The property has plenty of parking on the front drive and on road. Parking is to be organised with the current housemates.

Looking for a single person or couple. Must be working professionals and respectful of the house and the current tenants with their puppy.
Rent for single tenant is £700
Rent for couple is £500 per tenant.

You will have use of one King size bedroom and the other spare bedrooms can be used at your leisure. They will not be let to other housemates. Hence a slightly higher rate of rent than normal double bedrooms in Lancing.
