Large double with sea views and plenty of built in storage to let in an impressive 2 bed apartment.
I’m looking for a flatmate to share this beautiful space, that benefits from sprawling coastal views from Worthing to Newhaven, plus the Downs. The only room without a sea view is the main bathroom and utility cupboard.
There’s a nice, large wrap around balcony.
The room itself is unfurnished.
The main bathroom will be for your use as I have an en-suite.
Looking for a clean, tidy and friendly person.
No pets allowed.
Preferably female, no couples and not full time WFH please.
The flat comes with a parking space which we’d share 50/50 but there’s ample on street parking right outside the building.
Private landlord, references are required.
Minimum term 6 months.

Please note that due to my line of work before a contract is signed my future flatmate will need to pass basic vetting carried out by Sussex Police to rule out convictions for violent crime or drugs offences. There is no fee for this.
The bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water), average out to approx £145 per month over a year.
