We are a friendly lesbian couple looking for a female to rent our double bedroom. The room is furnished room with a king size bed, drawers and a bedside table. Any additional furniture is welcome. The room overlooks our garden and a pretty view of the downs and lancing college. We would like £500 a month, which includes bills and broadband, and a £250 deposit for any damages may they happen.
We live a 3minute walk from lancing train station and a 5min walk (max) to the local shops which has everything you may need in an emergency. The road we live down is very quiet and is a very nice neighbourhood. There is plenty of room for parking if you do drive.

We are both a young, fun couple, that enjoy humour and getting out and about. I (Sarah) am 28 and a Retail manager. I love netball, most sports and enjoy keeping fit. Andrea is 46 and also works in retail. She has a love for baking and is my netball mascot. We have 2 kittens that have recently joined our uhome, so it's a must you like pets.
