There is a shared living/TV room off the open-plan kitchen area, a garden and two bathrooms.
We enjoy being sporty, going to the beach and the occasional night out in Brighton. It would be nice to share the house with someone of a similar age and working pattern.
I work as an Art Teacher and live in London most of the time but will be here roughly every other weekend for beach and to see friends/family down here. The other two work full time (Design and Admin) so would appreciate someone quiet and respectful, as well as clean and tidy.
