I have a good sized furnished double room to rent in my 3 bedroom new build home. I am hoping to go travelling in the near future so this would give you the house to yourself for an extended period.

I am a 25 year old female professional, working in hospitality. I am a qualified chef and nutritionist and enjoy spending my time in the kitchen when at home, I would love a housemate who would enjoy socialising together and sharing meals at the dining table though if this isn't your thing it's not essential!

I have a cat who is extremely friendly and would need someone who is happy to give him attention and be involved in looking after him occasionally.

You would have use of the entire property which comprises of a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room, downstairs loo, garden with shed if you need bike storage etc. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, my master with ensuite, 2nd double bedroom which would be yours with sole use of a full bathroom (with bath/shower), 3rd bedroom is a study/dressing room. There is off street parking on private driveway directly in front of the house.

Price includes WiFi, TV license, council tax, energy and water bills.
