We have refurbished this riverside townhouse in Littlehampton. There are 4 tenanted studios over 4 floors, each for single occupancy, The house is accessed from the front door in Pier Road, leading to your access door then 2 flights of stairs to studio 1, which covers the whole of the top (second) floor. Landing and window to your front door. En suite shower room with heated towel rail behind the door to your left as you enter. There is a double bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a desk by one of the two velux windows with views of the river and the sunset. Next to the TV is the door to your walk-in wardrobe. There is a brand new kitchen one floor below which you share with one other person occupying the room on that floor. They have their own shower room. Kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Town Centre, station and beach are all within 5 minutes walk. The house has central heating (boiler regularly serviced and new in 2012), double-glazing and BT infinity wifi. We have furnished the entire house to a high standard of comfort for professionals looking for a place they can call home. We even provide a cleaner for the communal hall and communal stairways. There is practically no contact with tenants in the rest of the property. The house has a calm and friendly atmosphere.
