We live on a friendly new estate in Littlehampton with our son Noah. We are walking distance to the station (about 20 minutes) and close to two big supermarkets. There is a new bus route from the estate to town, the station and other local destinations. Close to Arundel and Chichester.
You will have a furnished, light double bedroom and use of the main family bathroom which we don't use as we have an en-suite.
As well as a wardrobe and chest of draws, there is also a TV in the room which you can use which has a Now TV pass.
Shared living room and large kitchen available to use. You are free to use the washing machine if you need to.
We can provide you with bedding and towels if necessary and give you kitchen cupboards, room in the fridge etc.
Rent includes all bills and Wi-Fi.
