Fabulous three storey town house with oak floors throughout the ground floor. Fully equipped modern Ikea kitchen with back door leading onto the small private back garden patio. A comfortable shared lounge/diner also leads on to the secluded back garden.

There are two bathrooms on the first floor. One is an attractive bathroom with a slipper bath, toilet and basin and the other is a recently refurbished shower room, with a large shower, loo and basin.

We have a lovely bedroom available on the first floor overlooking the quiet lane. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfy leather sofa and a beautiful original fireplace. The house is always warm and cosy. A cleaner comes in fortnightly to keep it spic and span.

On road parking is available near by.

The house is in Purbeck Place, a quiet road not far from the station and close to the shops, river, beach and restaurants.

This is a great place to live, very convenient for transport links to Bognor, Chichester, Worthing and Brighton. There is a mainline railway station with regular trains to London.

We require a deposit of £700 and one month's rent upfront to move in.

Rent includes: council tax and a professional cleaning service of the communal areas. WiFi, gas, electricity and water are all included.
