Furnished Double Bedroom + TV DVD

Walking distance from Midhurst town centre / bus stops. Chichester is 20 minutes drive. Quiet street. Parking. Divorced female live in owner. I smoke outside in lovely secluded garden that has a Tiki-bar hut and BBQ. The double bedroom I am renting out is fully furnished with a double bed, arm chair, coffee table, desk area, chest of drawers, wardrobe and T. V. That has Freeserve and DVD player. I supply bedding if required. The bedroom door has a lock and you keep the key ! It is large enough for you to relax in and eat your meals in, if you don’t want to use with dining room. Shared kitchen / diner, garden and shared bathroom with shower and bath. All cooking equipment, cups, plates etc etc. supplied, no need to bring anything other than yourself and personal items ! The £500 per calendar month is all inclusive [ heating, Internet, washing machine etc. ]
I’m pretty easy going, and my home is clean and tidy. I’m hoping to find a professional person, who works / studies and easygoing too. I wouldn’t object if you have a ‘friend’ you’d like to come visit / stay with you occasionally! But I don’t want lots of strangers in and out.
I don’t have a set routine, I’m into blues and soul music, Netflix, Peaky Blinders !!! and Formula One. Love my tropically themed garden. Please feel free to ask me anything I may not have mentioned.
