The room is a small double room which overlooks the garden. It has a chest of drawers, built-in cupboard and a brand new double bed / foam mattress (arriving next week!).
There is a shared kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and sitting room (with a log-burner). There is free parking in front of the cottage and on the lane, and a shed in the garden for bikes/paddle boards/kayaks etc
This cottage would suit someone working in or around Chichester who wanted to escape to the countryside in the evenings. The cottage is situated in the attractive village of Oving which has views of the South Downs, an excellent pub, and many country walks.
There is no minimum/maximum rental period. All that I ask is for a month's notice when moving out please. I am happy to consider pets.
