The house that I live in, I have the ground floor. The second floor is where one of the advertised rooms is. Leading off of the bedroom is a large lounge kitchen diner, at the top of the stairs leading from the ground floor is a toilet. On the third floor is the largest of the two bedrooms, which has its own en-suite. The lounge diner will be shared by both lodgers. Coming off of the lounge are sliding doors to a lovely balcony that looks over the garden, which is at the front of the house. The house it detached and overlooks the South Downs. There is a driveway at the side of the house, leading to a garage. There is also a space at the rear of the property ,where a second vehicle can be parked.. Although I own the driveway, my two neighbours to the left of my house, looking from the front, have right of way over the driveway and a garage each at the rear. They use their garages for storage and park at the rear of the property. There is no bathroom on the second floor so the person who takes the bedroom on that floor, can either use the shower room on the ground floor, or, alternatively there is another room downstairs that is adjacent to the downstairs shower room. I am 70 years old and retired so am here most of the time.
