Rudgwick is a popular village on the West Sussex/Surrey borders. There are local amenities including a Co-Op store, post office, doctor and dental surgeries. The larger village of Cranleigh is just 4 miles away and has an excellent range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. The larger towns of Horsham (8 miles) with mainline train services to Victoria and Guildford (12 miles) with mainline rail services to Waterloo are within easy reach.

The property backs on to the South Downs Link, so, if you like walking, horse riding, cycling or a light jog, this is the perfect place to enjoy.

The room consists of a solid pine wardrobe, chest of drawers, usual double bed, a television and the room overlooks the garden and woodland. Fridge/freezer and cupboard space in the kitchen. WiFi. I have a professional cleaner who comes in once a week and she is worth her weight in gold. Large house, so you never feel in anyone's way. Bathroom is brand new with bath and separate walk-in shower. Currently used only by other tenant who is very clean and leaves very early in the mornings.

We are pretty laid back, honest and have a good sense of humour. I always cook too much when I am around, so if you happen to be home, you are always welcome to join us for something to eat. If you feel you would fit in, then get in touch.
