Double Room Rustington

Double furnished room to rent in a quiet clean family home in Rustington, the house is 2min walk to the sea, 5 min walk in to town and approx 30min walk to both Angmering and Littlehampton train stations.

Bathroom has a bath, no shower. This is shared with one other person occasionally.

Shared kitchen and dining room. There is also a garden and off road parking.

This is a friendly house but definitely not a party venue, would suit a professional person. There are a few general house rules, no party's, no partners, no children etc. I have a small dog and my son has a parrot, so must be comfortable with animals and teenagers

I am looking for someone that does not require to work from home full-time, however, the odd day, if needed, is acceptable. References will be required. Would consider Mon-Fri let for £475

Room will be available from 10th September, I am unable to do viewings prior to this as the room isn't vacant, however happy for you to come and see the rest of the house and have a chat to see if you are suitable.
