Lovely double bed-sitting room to let

A bright, newly decorated bed-sitting room to let Mon-Fri (5 nights @ £150 or 4 nights @ £120). Own TV in the room. Shared bathroom next door to the room. Shared kitchen. Use of washing machine not included.
Quiet road with plenty of parking.
Sainsburys local very close as well as a small parade, including a cafe.
Easy travelling to Worthing Hospital, Inland Revenue offices, Southern Water HQ.
West Worthing Station is 1 mile.
Two buses available into Worthing town centre.
Under half a mile to reach A27 and A24.
Although I’ve stated maximum 3 months, it’s because I need use of the room from mid June for two weeks. After that it would be available again.
If you have specific needs regarding days of occupancy because of your work, I would be happy to discuss and consider some flexibility.
I would prefer a female if possible, (but have accommodated a couple of male lodgers in the past) and someone who works/at uni etc during the day.
I have a variable routine as a supply teacher. I have a small sized, short haired dachshund dog who is very friendly. Apparently she does not trigger allergies.
