Ideal for a proffesional person working locally and needing a home from home accommodation during the working week. Included is all amenities, wifi and property running costs.
New single bed, oak wardrobe with drawers and desk space for working if required. I work from home mid week with some days working locally.
I request a non smoker, clean, tidy and respectful tenant as it is a very quiet building and street. Ideal for a great nights sleep and relaxing.
Use of the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine (can be used by tenant) oven and integrated fridge freezer to be shared with live in landlord. Bathroom with shower a good size, to be cleaned and maintained weekly.
I will provide clean towels, bedding and basic provisions each week.
Living room has Freeview TV, Netflix and DVD player if required!
Shoreham town is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive with close links to the A27. Brighton and Worthing 7 miles East and West. For morning and evening walks the beach is a 2 minute walk away and a short drive will take you the South Downs for walks along the river and up into the hills.
