Lovely double bedroom with private shower room. Room is in a family home, I have two children aged 12 and 16. We also have a friendly and fluffy dog.
Ideally we are looking for a professional female to share our home.
Our house is on a quiet road with a large back garden. There is plenty of on street parking. The house is a 15 minute walk to the station and town centre. Within 5 minutes you can walk into the Downs and the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.
Trains run into London every 30 mins as well as trains into Brighton and Worthing.
We would prefer someone who only requires Monday to Friday lodgings but we can be flexible.
