Lovely studio rooms on Shoreham Beach

I have just renovated my house and looking to rent out two of our bedrooms. These are both on the ground floor with amazing ensuites. One has a large double shower/basin and loo and the other a shower/bath with basin and loo. These are all brand new! Additionally there is a small kitchenette next door for use. It has a small oven; microwave; toaster; kettle; fridge and dishwasher. The large room is a double plus and will have a sofa also included with an amazing sea view. The other room is slightly smaller and faces the front garden but still a lovely room. Pictures will be available of the bathrooms very soon when painted and the bedrooms next week. Both are furnished rooms and will have a table & chairs ; speedy wi-fi of course; good double beds. We have a dog and a cat ( both small). Our house is an upside down house and we live on the top and your bedrooms are on the ground floor. Lots of parking on the driveway. Direct access to the beach & boardwalk. there is also a delightful round window seat where you can sit and read a book or have your breakfast overlooking the sea. Great to sit by on a stormy day! Bus stop is outside and a wonderful 20 min walk to town via the boardwalk. We are a sociable family ( just youngest son left at home) but family visit often and you will be invited for supper with us some nights, should you wish! ( not mandatory!!) . You can have full use also of the back garden; our kayaks & paddleboards. The kitchenette is small but functional and we always put in milk; juice ;bread; ham; cheese; eggs etc for your use. We have hosted lots of students and are friendly and welcoming
