large double room, with private bathroom, shared use of large kitchen and shared use of a large garden, near Bognor, and close to countryside walks. Parking away from the main road. Couples considered for an extra £150 pcm.
The room has a comfortable sofabed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a tv with freeview, internet access, table and chairs, and a large window with garden view.
The room comes with private use of the downstairs bathroom, which has a full size bath and shower.
The room comes with shared use of the kitchen, with its own fridge ( with small freezer compartment, ) and a kitchen cupboard.
The house has easy access to the main road to Chichester or Bognor, is close to several supermarkets. It is set back from the road, and has a large front and rear garden with lots of plants and trees around, great for studying or relaxing.
I have rented a room before, in a previous house so I am used to sharing, there is plenty of space in the house and garden and I am looking forward to sharing with someone polite and considerate.
