In the grounds of a Georgian farmhouse the Lodge is close to the sea, with fields and Down's view and has it's own GARDEN &. PARKING. Winter rent from 1 Oct. Pets considered.

The Lodge is a new and fully equipped holiday lodge centrally located on the Manhood peninsular. It includes a utility/laundry, gas central heating, LOG BURNER, TV and SUPER FAST WIFI. A 10 minute cycle or 25 minute walk (across the RSPB bird reserve opposite) will take you to the private Ham Beach.

All utility bills are included but there's an extra £14 per week cost of a weekly clean. If a couple take the room an extra £150 per month is payable.

The rent is for 4-6m only (to end of March) so that holiday makers can come for the summer. The other double ensuite room has been taken by a professional male in his late 20's who will be out at work most of the time. The available room has a 6' bed, wardrobe, bedside chests, chest of drawers and dressing table/desk. The private ensuite has a bath with shower over.
The Lodge is rural, on a country Lane semi distant between East Wittering, Sidlesham and Almodington - all 5 mins.

Chichester is only 12 minutes.
Bracklesham Bay and West Wittering - are less than 10 mins.
Goodwood, Selsey etc - all easily reachable.
