Various house rules are in place so that everyone lives harmoniously together such as washing machine rota, keeping noise levels down & keeping communal areas tidy. I also employ a cleaner to come over twice per week.
The house is located at BN15. Closest bus stop is approx 5 minutes walk, local shops 10 minutes walk & Lancing train station approx 20 minutes walk.
