Recently redecorated end terrace in a quiet location with a community feel and lovely neighbours. 5 minutes walk from Lancing station and the high street, less than 10 minutes walk to the sea and the best cafe on the south coast. Lancing also has the best beaches in Sussex for swimming and sand in the summer.

Fast cable broadband, chefs range with gas rings and electric ovens. Wooden floors throughout except stairs. Dinning table, conservatory and back garden with patio - to be made into a courtyard garden when the weather improves, Patio front garden both good sun traps. There's a garage on block if you need to store a bike and a loft to put any large pieces of luggage you don't want in your room.

Spare room is big enough for a double bed but is furnished with a single bed with space underneath for storage, a
minimalist wardrobe, cupboard, desk and side lamp and a view of the downs.
There is an airing cupboard for sheets and towels.

Bathroom is a good size has a power shower and a bath. Completely tiled.

I'm looking for someone who doesn't smoke, preferably employed, who is easy going and responsible, can clean up after themselves who wants a relaxing place to call home.
