Nice furnished double room

Double bedroom

Hello.
I have a double room available for rent , It is in south lancing, generally quiet - not on a main road . 10 minutes walk from a local gym / 10 - 15 minutes walk from the local train station and 2 miles from Adur river / lancing college .
The room is light and airy redecorated in the past few months . It is basically furnished . Divan bed & Mattress relatively new . There is a wardrobe , recliner arm chair, chest a drawers , bed side cabinet and TV .

There is use of a washing machine, broadband and garden area

The Kitchen and Bathroom are shared and there is also use of the lounge area. There is a downstairs toilet

There is off road parking and garage space for storage if needed

Although I have stated I don't mind smoking . There is no smoking allowed in the property but would possibly be ok with this in the garden.

I would be happy to consider Monday to Friday only if that is preferred and the rent would be adjusted to accommodate this .

I work part time

I am hoping for someone who is employed , has a fun sense of humour and is also considerate of others and easy going. Not working from home would be preferable unless only a couple of days a week .

I have a dog who is approx 7 years old but a friendly little girl - mixed breed . Who likes her walks ~.otherwise she spends a lot of time sleeping usually in the lounge or the garden if the sun is shining

I am easy going and I enjoy company and socialising with friends but also like my own space at times like most people .
